Sunil Kumar Sharma – Founder & CEO | Optical Fiber Equipment Specialist | Retired from Indian Navy as an Aeronautical Engineer With over 35 years of experience in engineering, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and industry knowledge to the optical fiber sector. His career began in the Indian Navy as an Aeronautical Engineer, where he honed the skills in mechanical systems and advanced technologies. This foundation has supported his successful transition into the optical fiber industry, where he now lead OPTEQ Instruments.
In addition to his Indian Navy background, he had the privilege of working with prominent organizations in the field, including:

• Ilsintech Trading – Developing partnerships and providing innovative optical fiber solutions to clients.
• INNO Instrument India Pvt. Ltd. – As Country Director, he has led the expansion of the company’s presence in India, driving the growth of optical fiber testing and measurement solutions for telecom and industrial sectors.
As the Founder & CEO of OPTEQ Instruments, he now specialize in providing state-of-the-art optical fiber equipment, including Fusion Splicing Machines, OTDR, Optical Fiber Cables, connectors, testing equipment, etc.. Manjeet Jha – Head of Sales & Marketing | OPTEQ Instruments | FTTH Equipment Specialist With a wealth of experience in the fiber optic and telecommunications industry, He currently serve as the Head of Sales & Marketing at OPTEQ Instruments, where he lead the strategic growth of our FTTH (Fiber to the Home) solutions. Our product portfolio includes high-performance fusion splicing machines, Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR), and other essential tools for fiber optic installation and maintenance.
Throughout his career, he had the privilege of working with some of the most renowned companies in the field, including:

Head Technical Support
Aman Kumar – Head Technical Support | OPTEQ Instruments | FTTH Equipment Specialist Currently serving as a Head Technical Support at OPTEQ Instruments, he is responsible for the sales, servicing, and maintenance of our advanced FTTH equipment, including fusion splicing machines and Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR).
As the in-charge of our service center, he ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, providing exceptional technical support and service to clients in the telecom and network infrastructure sectors.
Before joining OPTEQ Instruments, he has gained valuable experience at INNO Instrument where he worked in both the Sales and Marketing department and as a Service Engineer. His role involved not only promoting and managing the sales of fiber optic testing equipment but also providing hands-on technical support and ensuring the functionality of the products for customers. This dual experience gave him a well-rounded skill set, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
